- 50 g imitation crab meat shredded
- 30 g cream cheese softened
- 10 g green onion chopped
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 4 piece wonton wrapper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil spray

- In a bowl, combine shredded imitation crab meat, softened cream cheese, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and minced garlic clove. Mix well until evenly blended.
- Place one wonton wrapper flat on a clean surface. Spoon about one tablespoon of the crab mixture into the center of the wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little water using your finger. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges firmly to seal.
- Repeat the filling and folding process for all wonton wrappers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the crab rangoons with vegetable oil spray on both sides to help them crisp up.
- Place the crab rangoons in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch each other.
- Cook the crab rangoons in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the crab rangoons from the air fryer and let them cool for 2 minutes before serving.
