- 150 g ground beef lean
- 100 g green cabbage shredded
- 50 g yellow onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 100 g all purpose flour
- 50 ml whole milk
- 3 g active dry yeast
- 5 g granulated sugar
- 2 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 10 ml vegetable oil

- In a small bowl, combine warm whole milk and active dry yeast with granulated sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, salt, and the yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
- While dough rises, heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced yellow onion and minced garlic clove to skillet. Cook 3 minutes until translucent.
- Add ground beef lean to skillet. Cook until browned, breaking up meat with a spoon.
- Add shredded green cabbage to skillet. Cook 5 minutes until cabbage softens. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Preheat oven to 190 Celsius (375 Fahrenheit).
- Divide dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a flat circle on a floured surface.
- Place a spoonful of meat and cabbage filling in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a roll.
- Place rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush rolls with melted unsalted butter for a golden crust.
- Bake rolls in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
