- 80 g all purpose flour
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 40 g unsalted butter melted
- 30 ml whole milk
- 1 piece egg large
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 g lemon zest grated
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt pinch

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Grease a small cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the melted unsalted butter to the mashed banana and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In the banana mixture, add granulated sugar, egg, whole milk, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest grated, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
