- 100 g ripe mango diced
- 50 g ripe strawberry diced
- 50 g kiwi peeled and diced
- 30 g red bell pepper finely diced
- 5 g fresh cilantro chopped
- 15 ml lime juice freshly squeezed
- 5 ml honey pure
- 5 g jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
- 1 pinch salt pinch

Instructions
- Peel and dice the ripe mango into small cubes about 1 cm in size.
- Wash and hull the ripe strawberries, then dice them into small pieces.
- Peel the kiwi fruit and dice it into small cubes similar in size to the mango and strawberry.
- Wash the red bell pepper, remove seeds and membranes, then finely dice it.
- Chop fresh cilantro leaves finely and set aside.
- Seed and mince the jalapeno pepper carefully to control heat level.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, strawberries, kiwi, red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
- Add freshly squeezed lime juice and pure honey to the fruit mixture.
- Add the minced jalapeno pepper and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the fruit salsa for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a sweet and tangy topping or dip.
