- 150 g ground beef lean
- 50 g lasagna noodle dry
- 80 g ricotta cheese whole milk
- 60 g mozzarella cheese shredded whole milk
- 20 g parmesan cheese grated
- 120 ml tomato sauce plain
- 30 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook lasagna noodles dry until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil extra virgin in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion diced and garlic clove minced to the skillet and saute until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef lean to the skillet and cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in tomato sauce plain, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper ground. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
- Place a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese whole milk evenly over the noodles.
- Add a layer of meat sauce over the ricotta cheese.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese shredded whole milk over the sauce.
- Repeat layering noodles, ricotta cheese, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Top the final layer with remaining noodles, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese grated.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving to set and cool slightly.
