- 150 g skinless chicken breast
- 100 g raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 15 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece shallot minced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 60 ml aged Banyuls wine
- 100 ml chicken broth low sodium
- 30 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Pat dry the skinless chicken breast and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and ground black pepper.
- Heat unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted and hot.
- Add minced shallot and garlic clove to the skillet and cook until softened and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add raw shrimp peeled and deveined to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes.
- For aged Banyuls wine into the skillet and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Add low sodium chicken broth and fresh thyme leaves, then simmer the sauce until slightly reduced, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce is creamy and coats the chicken and shrimp.
- Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
