- 150 g veal cutlet trimmed
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
- 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Pat the veal cutlet dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Season both sides of the veal cutlet with salt and ground black pepper evenly.
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place the veal cutlet in the hot skillet and cook without moving for 2 minutes to brown the first side.
- Flip the veal cutlet and cook for another 2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the veal cutlet from the skillet and set aside on a warm plate.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the unsalted butter to the same skillet.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Add the chopped fresh flat leaf parsley to the butter and garlic mixture and stir for 10 seconds.
- For the garlic and parsley butter sauce over the cooked veal cutlet before serving.
