- 100 g dried spaghetti pasta
- 1 piece large egg
- 20 g grated parmesan cheese
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add dried spaghetti pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.

- Return pasta to the pot off the heat.

- Quickly add the beaten egg and grated parmesan cheese to the pasta, stirring vigorously to create a creamy sauce without scrambling the egg.
- Add reserved pasta water a little at a time to loosen the sauce if needed.

- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pasta and serve immediately.
