- 30 g goat cheese log
- 20 g red onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 10 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 piece burger bun sesame seed
- 1 piece lettuce leaf green
- 2 piece tomato slice fresh

- In a bowl, combine ground lamb shoulder, diced red onion, minced garlic clove, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients gently with your hands until evenly combined without overworking the meat.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and flatten each into a patty about 1 cm thick.
- Cut the goat cheese log into two equal pieces and place one piece in the center of one patty.
- Cover the cheese with the second patty and seal the edges by pinching them together to encase the cheese fully.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Place the stuffed lamb patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Toast the sesame seed burger bun halves lightly in the skillet or toaster.
- Assemble the burger by placing a green lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, then the lamb patty with melted goat cheese, topped with fresh tomato slices.
- Cover with the top bun and serve immediately while hot and juicy.
