- 120 g white beans canned drained and rinsed
- 200 ml chicken broth low sodium
- 50 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 30 g green chili pepper diced mild
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 5 g fresh cilantro chopped
- 10 ml lime juice fresh

- Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and diced green chili pepper; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add diced skinless chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in ground cumin and dried oregano; cook for 30 seconds to release aroma.
- Add drained and rinsed white beans and chicken broth to the pot; stir to combine.
- Bring the chili to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper; stir well.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice.
