  • 30 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 5 piece ice cubes
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg

  1. Add 5 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
  2. For 50 ml white rum into the shaker.
  3. Add 100 ml canned coconut milk to the shaker.
  4. Measure and add 30 ml sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Add 15 ml fresh lime juice to the mixture.
  6. For 50 ml pineapple juice into the shaker.
  7. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  8. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  9. Sprinkle a pinch of grated nutmeg on top for garnish.
