  1. In a mixing bowl, sift together 50 g all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk 1 egg yolk with 60 ml whole milk and 5 g granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently to form a smooth batter without lumps.
  4. Fold in 15 g golden raisins and 10 g melted unsalted butter into the batter.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  6. For small spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet to form small round blinis about 5 cm in diameter.
