- 50 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa) chopped
- 20 g hazelnuts toasted and chopped
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt pinch

Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces for easy melting.
- Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant, about 5 minutes, then chop coarsely.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add the chopped dark chocolate to the melted butter and stir gently until smooth and fully melted.
- Remove the chocolate mixture from heat and stir in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.
- Line a small muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds.
- For a small spoonful of the chocolate mixture into each mold to form a base layer.
- Sprinkle chopped toasted hazelnuts evenly over the chocolate base in each mold.
- Fill the molds with the remaining chocolate mixture to cover the hazelnuts completely.
- Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and level the chocolate.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour until the chocolate cups are firm.
- Remove the chocolate cups from the molds and serve chilled or at room temperature.
