- 150 g large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 2 piece wooden skewers soaked in water

- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
