- 50 g unsalted butter softened
- 40 g granulated sugar
- 1 piece egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon dried edible daisy petals

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until a dough forms.
- Fold in the dried edible daisy petals evenly into the dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls about 2.5 cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 5 cm apart.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand or the bottom of a glass.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
