  • 1 piece kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 80 g mascarpone cheese
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 10 g granulated sugar
  • 3 piece ladyfinger biscuit
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 ml lemon juice fresh

  1. Chop the white chocolate bar into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Peel the kiwi and slice it into thin rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Melt the chopped white chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  5. Allow the melted white chocolate to cool slightly, then fold it gently into the whipped cream mixture.
  6. Add the mascarpone cheese to the cream and white chocolate mixture and fold carefully until smooth and combined.
  7. Dip each ladyfinger biscuit briefly into fresh lemon juice to moisten them lightly without soaking.
  8. Arrange a layer of lemon-moistened ladyfinger biscuits at the bottom of a serving glass or dish.
  9. Spread half of the white chocolate mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers evenly.
  10. Place a layer of sliced kiwi over the cream layer.
  11. Add the remaining white chocolate mascarpone cream on top of the kiwi layer and smooth the surface.
  12. Decorate the top with a few kiwi slices and small white chocolate shavings if desired.
  13. Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3 hours to set and chill before serving.
