  • 150 g skinless chicken breast sliced
  • 50 ml plain yogurt whole milk
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 piece large flour tortilla wrap
  • 50 g cucumber sliced
  • 50 g tomato sliced
  • 30 g red onion thinly sliced
  • 10 g fresh parsley chopped
  • 10 ml lemon juice fresh
  • 15 ml tahini sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine plain yogurt, minced garlic clove, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, salt, and ground black pepper.
  2. Add sliced skinless chicken breast to the marinade and mix well to coat all pieces.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  4. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add marinated chicken slices to the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly browned.
  6. Warm the large flour tortilla wrap in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds to make it pliable.
  7. Lay the warm tortilla flat and spread tahini sauce evenly over the center.
  8. Place cooked chicken slices on top of the tahini sauce.
  9. Add sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped fresh parsley over the chicken.
  10. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the vegetables and chicken.
  11. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  12. Serve immediately while warm.
