  • 10 g fresh chives chopped
  • 15 g mayonnaise full fat
  • 5 ml white vinegar
  • 5 ml yellow mustard
  • 15 g celery stalk diced
  • 15 g red onion finely diced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Wash the red potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  2. Place the whole red potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water.
  3. Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the potatoes until they are tender when pierced with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Drain the potatoes and let them cool until they can be handled safely.
  6. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, white vinegar, and yellow mustard.
