- 50 g sour cream full fat
- 10 g fresh chives chopped
- 15 g mayonnaise full fat
- 5 ml white vinegar
- 5 ml yellow mustard
- 15 g celery stalk diced
- 15 g red onion finely diced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Wash the red potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Place the whole red potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water.
- Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
