- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 30 g unsalted butter softened
- 40 g granulated sugar
- 30 g brown sugar packed
- 1 piece large egg yolk
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 piece soft caramel candy piece
- 20 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt pinch

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- In a bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt pinch. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, cream unsalted butter softened with granulated sugar and brown sugar packed until light and fluffy using a mixer or whisk.
- Add large egg yolk and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined to form cookie dough.
- Take a small amount of dough and flatten it in your palm.
- Place one soft caramel candy piece in the center of the flattened dough.
- Fold the dough around the caramel candy, sealing it completely to form a ball.
- Place the dough ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat the process for remaining dough and caramel candies.
- Press dark chocolate chips gently on top of each cookie dough ball for extra chocolate flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are set but still soft in the center.
- Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
