- 1 piece medium zucchini
- 100 g ground beef lean
- 30 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 50 ml tomato sauce unsalted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 20 g grated cheddar cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 C (375 F).
- Wash the zucchini and cut in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the center flesh of each zucchini half using a spoon, leaving a shell about 1 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic clove to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in tomato sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper; cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat and mix in half of the grated cheddar cheese.
- Fill each zucchini half with the beef mixture, pressing gently to pack.
- Place stuffed zucchinis on a baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
