- 100 g ground beef (lean)
- 30 g cheddar cheese shredded
- 10 g green onion sliced
- 6 piece wonton wrappers
- 15 ml soy sauce low sodium
- 10 ml ketchup
- 5 ml yellow mustard
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef (lean).
- Cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add minced garlic clove and sliced green onion to the beef and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese, soy sauce low sodium, ketchup, yellow mustard, and black pepper ground until well combined.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold it in half to form a triangle, and press edges firmly to seal.
- Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers and filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 180C (350F).
- Fry wontons in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with extra soy sauce mixed with ketchup and mustard as a savory dipping sauce.

- Do not overfill wontons to avoid breaking during frying.
