  • 75 g pasta shells dry
  • 80 g canned tuna in water drained
  • 50 g artichoke hearts canned drained chopped
  • 30 g cream cheese softened
  • 30 ml whole milk
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 10 g parmesan cheese grated
  • 5 g fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta shells dry to boiling water and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain pasta shells and set aside.
  4. Heat olive oil extra virgin in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic clove minced to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add chopped artichoke hearts canned drained to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese softened and whole milk to the skillet.
  8. Stir continuously until cream cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
  9. Add canned tuna in water drained to the sauce and gently mix to combine.
  10. Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce evenly.
  11. Season with salt and black pepper ground to taste.
  12. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley on top.
  13. Serve immediately while warm.
