- 60 ml heavy cream

- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 g parmesan cheese grated

- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add cheese tortellini fresh to boiling water and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

- Add grated parmesan cheese and sliced green onion to the skillet, stirring to combine and melt the cheese into the sauce.
- Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper to taste, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with extra green onion if desired.
