  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 50 ml chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Pat the pork chop dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Heat unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted and hot.
  3. Add the pork chop to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes without moving it to get a golden crust.
  4. Flip the pork chop and cook for another 4 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145F.
  5. Remove the pork chop from the skillet and set aside on a plate, cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
