- 30 ml whole milk
- 15 g unsalted butter melted
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 30 g whipped cream

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with unsalted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the large egg and granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
- Add the whole milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
- Sift the all-purpose flour into the wet ingredients and gently fold it in until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- For the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out to form a thin layer.
