- 45 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Cook skinless chicken breast by grilling or pan-frying until fully cooked, then dice into small cubes.
