  • 150 g ground beef lean
  • 100 g pork loin thinly sliced
  • 50 g onion diced
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 5 g fresh parsley chopped
  • 10 g unsalted butter
  • 30 ml dry white wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Dijon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Lay the pork loin slices flat on a clean surface, slightly overlapping to form a rectangle.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pork slices.
  4. In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Place the meat mixture evenly over the pork slices, forming a uniform layer.
  6. Carefully roll the pork and meat mixture into a tight roulade, securing with kitchen twine if needed.
  7. Heat unsalted butter in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
  8. Sear the roulade on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  9. For dry white wine into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  11. Remove roulade from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  12. Slice roulade into 2 cm thick pieces and serve warm.
