- 150 g ground beef lean
- 100 g pork loin thinly sliced
- 50 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 30 ml dry white wine
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon mustard Dijon

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Lay the pork loin slices flat on a clean surface, slightly overlapping to form a rectangle.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pork slices.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Place the meat mixture evenly over the pork slices, forming a uniform layer.
- Carefully roll the pork and meat mixture into a tight roulade, securing with kitchen twine if needed.
- Heat unsalted butter in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the roulade on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- For dry white wine into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove roulade from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice roulade into 2 cm thick pieces and serve warm.
