  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 40 g grated Gruyere cheese

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Trim celery heart and cut into 4 cm pieces.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add celery pieces and fresh thyme leaves; stir to coat with butter.
  6. For dry white wine into skillet; bring to a simmer and cook until liquid reduces by half.

  9. Combine grated Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses; sprinkle evenly over celery.
