- 1 piece shallot minced
- 10 g capers chopped
- 15 g cornichons chopped
- 5 g flat leaf parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
