- 150 g fresh lobster tail
- 4 piece large sea scallops
- 100 g leek white part sliced
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 30 ml dry white wine
- 30 ml heavy cream
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Clean and slice the white part of the leek into thin rings.
- Melt half the unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced leeks and minced garlic clove to the skillet.
- Cook the leeks gently until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- For in the dry white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
- Add the heavy cream and stir to combine, then season with salt and ground black pepper.
- In another pan, melt the remaining butter over medium-high heat.
- Pat dry the lobster tail and scallops with paper towels.
- Sear the lobster tail pieces for 2 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.
- Sear the scallops for 1.5 minutes on each side until golden and just cooked inside.
- Place the cooked leeks on a serving plate as a bed.
- Arrange the lobster tail pieces and scallops on top of the leeks.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the dish for garnish.
- Serve immediately while hot.
