- 20 g powdered sugar
- 0.5 piece egg white
- 10 g almonds whole unsalted
- 5 g almonds sliced unsalted
- 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 Fahrenheit).
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the marzipan paste into small pieces.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the marzipan and mix well.
- Add half an egg white gradually and knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape each into a small ball about 3 cm in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Press sliced almonds gently onto the surface of each ball to cover the top.
- Place one whole almond on top of each cookie, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until lightly golden and firm to the touch.
- Remove from oven and let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
