  • 200 g whole snapper fillet skin on
  • 1 piece red chili pepper sliced
  • 10 g fresh ginger minced
  • 5 g fresh basil leaves
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 15 ml lime juice fresh
  • 10 ml olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 pinch salt fine
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 Fahrenheit).
  2. Rinse the snapper fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the snapper fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper evenly over both sides of the snapper fillet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, minced fresh ginger, and sliced red chili pepper with olive oil and fresh lime juice.
