  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 Fahrenheit).
  2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter until mixture is evenly moistened.
  3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 15 cm (6 inch) springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
  5. Add the large egg and beat until fully incorporated.
  6. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and all purpose flour until batter is smooth and uniform.
  7. For the cream cheese batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan, spreading evenly.
  8. Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes until the edges are set but the center slightly jiggles.
  9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
