  • 1 piece large egg
  • 60 ml buttermilk

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a bowl, combine all purpose flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add cold diced unsalted butter to the flour mixture.
