  • 3 piece bacon slice
  • 150 g green cabbage shredded
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 5 ml lemon juice fresh
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 Fahrenheit).
  2. Wrap each jumbo shrimp with half a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  3. Place bacon-wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake shrimp in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until bacon is crispy and shrimp are cooked through.
  5. While shrimp bakes, melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic clove to the butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add shredded green cabbage to the skillet and stir to coat with butter and garlic.
  8. Cook cabbage for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still slightly crisp.
