  • 100 ml water
  • 30 g walnuts chopped

  4. Remove from heat and mash apples to extract juice.

  6. Return juice to saucepan and add granulated sugar and lemon juice.
  7. Heat gently and stir until sugar dissolves completely.
  8. Boil the mixture until it thickens to jelly consistency, about 15 minutes.
