- 100 g shrimp peeled deveined raw
- 2 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml lemon juice fresh
- 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g green bell pepper sliced
- 50 g red bell pepper sliced
- 20 g spring onion chopped
- 10 ml soy sauce low sodium
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt fine

- Pat dry the sea scallops and shrimp with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic to the hot oil and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Add sea scallops and shrimp to the wok in a single layer and cook without stirring for 2 minutes to get a light sear.
