- 100 g penne pasta dry
- 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 50 g yellow onion diced
- 150 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 5 g fresh basil leaves chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 10 g grated parmesan cheese

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add penne pasta dry to boiling water and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- While pasta cooks, heat extra virgin olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
