  • 80 g asparagus spears trimmed
  • 60 g sugar snap peas trimmed
  • 70 g baby zucchini sliced
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Wash and peel baby carrots, trim asparagus spears, trim sugar snap peas, and slice baby zucchini into rounds.
  2. Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and foamy.
  3. Add minced garlic clove to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  4. Add baby carrots and asparagus spears to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften.
  5. Add sugar snap peas and baby zucchini slices to the skillet and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until all vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Drizzle honey over the vegetables and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves, salt, and ground black pepper.
  7. Stir gently to coat the vegetables evenly with honey and herbs, cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Remove skillet from heat and drizzle fresh lemon juice over the vegetables, tossing lightly to combine.
