- 30 g creamy peanut butter unsweetened
- 20 g cream cheese full fat
- 15 g sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 0.5 piece garlic clove minced
- 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika ground
- 0.1 teaspoon cayenne pepper ground
- 0.25 teaspoon salt fine
- 0.1 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 5 ml olive oil extra virgin

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Wash jalapeno peppers and cut each in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes carefully using a small spoon.
