- 50 g smoked bacon strips diced
- 40 g firm alpine cheese cubes
- 80 g small boiled potato peeled and diced
- 20 g red onion thinly sliced
- 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 10 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt

- Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Boil the small potato until tender, then peel and dice it into bite-sized pieces.
