  • 80 g small boiled potato peeled and diced

  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Boil the small potato until tender, then peel and dice it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dice the smoked bacon strips into small pieces.
