  • 1 piece garlic clove minced

  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

  1. Wash and dry the mini red and yellow bell peppers thoroughly.
  2. Slice the mini red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. Clean the white button mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them evenly.
  4. Peel and mince one garlic clove finely.
  5. Heat one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  7. Add the sliced mini bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
