- 150 g white button mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 0.5 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

- Wash and dry the mini red and yellow bell peppers thoroughly.
- Slice the mini red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips.
- Clean the white button mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them evenly.
