- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 0.25 piece egg medium beaten
- 10 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 0.25 teaspoon salt fine
- 0.1 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 50 ml tomato sauce plain

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic clove, chopped fresh parsley, beaten egg, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the meatballs to help browning.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
- While meatballs bake, warm the tomato sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Remove meatballs from oven and transfer them to a serving dish.
