  • 200 g cauliflower florets fresh
  • 50 g bacon strips cooked and chopped
  • 60 g sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 30 g cream cheese softened
  • 10 g unsalted butter
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 50 ml whole milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 5 g fresh parsley chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and add cauliflower florets.
  3. Cook cauliflower for 8 minutes until tender but not mushy.
  4. Drain cauliflower well and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. In a skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic clove and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add cream cheese and whole milk to skillet and stir until smooth and creamy.
  8. Remove skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  9. Add cooked cauliflower and chopped bacon to the cheese sauce and mix gently.
  10. Season mixture with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
