- 150 g skinless chicken breast
- 60 g black beans canned drained and rinsed
- 100 g diced tomatoes canned no salt added
- 50 g corn kernels frozen
- 40 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 200 ml low sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
