  • 150 g skinless chicken breast
  • 60 g black beans canned drained and rinsed
  • 100 g diced tomatoes canned no salt added
  • 50 g corn kernels frozen
  • 40 g onion diced
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 200 ml low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
