- 150 g cooked white rice
- 100 g raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 50 g carrot diced
- 30 g green peas frozen
- 1 piece egg large
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 30 g onion small diced
- 15 ml soy sauce low sodium
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add minced garlic and diced onion to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- Add raw peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
- Push shrimp, garlic, and onion to one side of the skillet and crack the egg into the empty side.
- Scramble the egg gently until fully cooked, then mix it with the shrimp and onion mixture.
- Add diced carrot and frozen green peas to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked white rice to the skillet and stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- For low sodium soy sauce over the rice mixture and add a pinch of ground black pepper.
- Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and well mixed.
- Remove from heat and serve hot immediately.
