  • 1 piece egg large
  • 15 g green onion chopped
  • 10 ml soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked white rice and beaten large egg until well mixed.
  2. Add chopped green onion, minced garlic clove, low sodium soy sauce, and a pinch of ground black pepper to the rice mixture. Stir to combine.

  4. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the rice mixture and shape it into a flat round cake with your hands.
  5. Place the rice cake in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on one side.
