- 2 piece mini sandwich roll
- 30 g thinly sliced coppa ham
- 40 g fresh ricotta cheese
- 3 piece fresh basil leaves
- 5 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Slice each mini sandwich roll horizontally to create a top and bottom half.
- Spread 20 g of fresh ricotta cheese evenly on the bottom half of each roll.
- Place 15 g of thinly sliced coppa ham on top of the ricotta on each sandwich base.
- Add 1 to 2 fresh basil leaves on top of the coppa ham for fresh flavor.
- Drizzle about 2.5 ml of extra virgin olive oil over the basil leaves on each sandwich.
- Sprinkle a pinch of freshly ground black pepper over the ingredients on each sandwich.
- Spread the remaining 20 g of ricotta cheese on the inside of each top half of the sandwich rolls.
- Close the sandwiches by placing the top halves onto the bottoms, pressing gently to hold together.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving for a cooler bite. Enjoy!
