- 150 g cauliflower florets raw
- 1 piece hard boiled egg chopped
- 30 g celery stalk diced
- 15 g red onion diced
- 20 g dill pickle chopped
- 30 g mayonnaise full fat
- 5 g yellow mustard
- 5 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 g fresh dill chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into small florets about the size of diced potatoes.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch cauliflower florets for 3 minutes until just tender.
- Drain cauliflower and rinse under cold water to stop cooking, then drain well.
- Chop hard boiled egg into small pieces.
- Dice celery stalk, red onion, and dill pickle into small uniform pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, chopped fresh dill, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Add blanched cauliflower, chopped egg, celery, onion, and pickle to the bowl with dressing.
- Gently fold all ingredients together until well coated with dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed.
- Chill salad in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
