- 100 g orange bell pepper diced
- 80 g yellow onion diced
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 50 ml fresh orange juice
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 1 pinch salt pinch
- 1 pinch ground black pepper pinch

- Peel and dice the yellow onion into small pieces.
- Dice the orange bell pepper into small pieces similar in size to the onion.
- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add the unsalted butter.
- Add the diced onion to the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- Add the diced orange bell pepper to the saucepan and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the granulated sugar to the saucepan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
- For in the fresh orange juice and apple cider vinegar, stirring to mix all ingredients.
- Add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper to the mixture and stir.
- Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer gently for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and jam-like.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the jam cool to room temperature before serving or storing.
